Inside Sales Executive

  • Office based in City of London, Canary Wharf.
  • Hybrid, flexible pattern.
  • Full training offered + Commission OTE
  • Office hours: Mond - Friday.

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to generate new business revenue through proactive outbound sales activity and follow up of marketing campaigns and event attendance. Generating qualified leads and arranging client meetings for Account Directors through nurturing prospects educate organisations about our solutions. Demonstrating our platforms to clients e.g. PowerSuite (url removed) and (url removed) as part of the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Proactive activity and outreach inviting new prospects to events.
  • Conduct PowerSuite (url removed) demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Account Directors to strategize on approaches to target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including interactions with prospects, opportunities, and closed deals, in MSD.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., MSD, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies, such as consultative selling or solution selling, is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
