Technical Sales Co-Ordinator
Up to £28,000 Per annum
& bonus / commission based on performance
Hours Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 17:30, Friday 08:30 to 16:30
We are a family-run technical engineering firm who are looking for someone with experience within a technical department. Someone who understands specifications and measurements would be ideal and we are open to people from any industry.
Role
- Producing quotes
- Sending drawings to customers
- Answering customer queries
- Resolving technical issues
- Dealing with international suppliers
- Co-ordinating deliveries from abroad to the UK
- Speaking to customers regarding deliveries
- Calling customers to follow up and convert previous quotes
- Answering customer queries
- Resolving technical issues
- Dealing with international suppliers
- Co-ordinating deliveries from abroad to the UK
- Speaking to customers regarding deliveries
- Calling customers to follow up
- Communicate to management any issues & customer feedback
- Once or twice per year, you may be asked to do an international visit to a customer / supplier
- Outbound calls to warm leads
- Learning specialist technical products
- Any other task as required including holiday & sickness cover
