Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and optimise operational processes to support business growth and lead generation initiatives.
• Sales and Operations Integration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to align operational strategies with sales goals, ensuring smooth workflows and maximized lead generation.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all operational activities, from process documentation to execution.
• Corporate Environment Adaptability: Navigate and excel within a corporate setting, maintaining professionalism and fostering strong working relationships across departments.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards and provide regular operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or similar leadership role, preferably within the renewables sector.
• Strong understanding of ECO and GBIS lead generation processes and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to implement and manage complex processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to align operations with sales strategies and drive business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
