For many years, we've been providing mainstream internet and IT services as Spectrum Internet and Net Support UK. We rebranded to Ogi in 2021 to represent our dedication to Welsh communities and received a significant multi-million-pound investment to deliver a large-scale and ambitious rollout of full fibre internet across South Wales.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will become engaging and competent brand ambassador; A true sales professional who, through expertise and knowledge, will be capable of delivering sales leads to the business.

About you…
We are looking for people who have interpersonal and communication skills, ideally with experience selling digital products and services in a similar environment. Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, you’ll play a leading role in delivering the net subscriber numbers via generating leads and pre-registrations through venues, events, promotions and partnerships in communities across Wales, predominantly South Wales.

A proven track record of identifying opportunities and generating sales leads, within a relevant sector, would suit you well in this position. Alternatively, if you’re an ambitious, energetic and natural people person- we’d love to hear from you too!


The Business Development Executive will be results-orientated and a team player - Ultimately you’ll be bringing our products to life, and the Business Development Executive will aspire to become the ‘broadband guru/sales expert’ within the areas they are working.

What you’ll be doing…
The Business Development Executive will promote Ogi Internet services, warming up areas and driving brand awareness. This is a field-based role, and the candidate will be actively involved in communities,  building engagement, and targeting key venues, events, influencers and local businesses to drive registrations and create lasting partnerships.

The Business Development Executive will provide suggestions and insights into venues, events and future activities to drive registrations. This person will thrive on the challenge of delivering to a target.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Delivery of all KPIs set by the business
* Taking part in a high volume of venues, events and promotional activity
* Developing relationships and brand awareness across a range of local partners, community institutions, businesses, charities, events and shopping/destination venues.
* Identify opportunities to optimise performance.
* ‘Think Customer’, providing an exceptional customer experience across all activities, putting the customer at the heart of what you do.
* ‘Live’ the company values at all times and bring them to life in a meaningful way for the rest of the organisation, communities and customers.
* Act as an internal/ external expert on events, customer insight, pre-registrations.
* Use CRM systems and others to track and manage sales and consumer information (taking into account GDPR implications).
* Attend regular meetings with teams, reviewing performance, sharing ideas and insights, and motivating and energising
This individual will need to be knowledgeable, pro-active and have the ability to work independently.
