Cogent Staffing are working with a leading automotive parts distribution company based in Leeds LS9, who are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Package 

• Full time 45-hour contract, 8.5 hour days.
• Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm
• Additional 5 hours on alternate Saturday in accordance with the rota.
• Salary between £26,775 and 28.5k, plus access to bonus scheme 

Main Purpose of Job:

• Provide our customers with excellent customer service and deliver their product requirements via Telephone & Sales counter.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out.
• Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers’ requirements.
• Communicate our fantastic offers / promotions to our customers.
• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.
• Primarily local branch based
• Be part of the team that represents our company and maintain our high standards and company values.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• An excellent team player with a desire to succeed.
• Motor Factor Sales Experience
• Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills.
• Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites.
• Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.
• Passion to deliver top class customer service.
• Numeracy and literacy.
• Professional Manner.
• A smart personal appearance.
