Construction Business Development Manager

We here at Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for a leading construction firm who have grown over 50% across the past 3 years, leading the way with regards initiative and their bespoke operations. Due to continued success and further growth our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to flourish within the role. 


You'll be joining one of the most reputable Constructions firms in the UK with the focus on securing new clients. This opportunity requires an energetic and enthusiastic sales professional passionate on securing and growing our clients position in the marketplace. 


This Business Development Manager will be based from our client's office in Cirencester with the opportunity to regularly step into the field, in order to fulfill this role our client will provide you with a company car allowance.

This Construction Business Development Manager role will have the below responsibilities: 

  • Engage potential clients in construction and the utilities sector through inbound and outbound leads
  • Working with account managers to solidify and grow our clients position in the market place 
  • Craft, deliver and execute sales strategies aimed toward securing new business opportunities 
  • Manage the prospective clients from initial call through to contract negotiation and closure 
  • Promote our clients brand across social medias and actively approaching decision makers
  • Effectively present and attend client visit to secure business 
  • Attend fitting conferences and roadshows to promote the brand 
  • Build, maintain and develop an ever-growing leads list


As the Construction Business Development Manager our client is looking for the below skillsets: 

  • Previous sales exposure within the construction industry is essential 
  • Naturally target driven with exposure developing and converting business
  • Proven with creating and delivering sales campaigns 
  • Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to present 
  • Full UK Driving License 
  • Driven by career progression, client growth and being a brand embassador
