Job Title: Field Sales Associate – Telematics

Location: Hybrid (Home-based with occasional travel to Nottingham office)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Car + Commission

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the telematics industry? GTS Transportation is seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our client’s innovative team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional travel to the Nottingham office, as well as regular client visits to develop new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the telematics sector.
  • Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate telematics products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the telematics or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and occasional office meetings in Nottingham.
  • Valid driving licence.
