Recruitment Solutions are proud to be working with one of the largest waste management companies in the UK.  Due to rapid and continued growth we are looking for an experienced sales manager to join the team on a full time & permanent position based out of their office in Trafford Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of field-based BDM's
• Leading by example by prospecting, visiting potential customers for new business and developing relationships
• Mentor, coach and guide your team
• Delegate all inbound enquiries and assign to relevant rep
• Demonstrate perfect completion of client site risk assessments and site audits
• Participate in regional networking events
• Overachieve and record company KPI's and drive the regions pipeline
• Attend fortnightly/monthly sales meetings and sales visits
• Diary management and priority planning
• Come up with new ideas and ways of thinking to improve the overall performance of the sales team
• Self managing your own diary ensuring maximum productivity

Candidate Expectations:

• Experience in a Sales Manager role 
• Able to demonstrate previous success in a sales management role, particularly focussed on new business only
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Target driven, always pushing to ensure targets are exceeded

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm 
• £40,000 Basic
