Principle Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator :-
- Effectively handle all enquiries, whether in the office, via telephone or email
- Working with Existing layout structures
- Maximise all Sales Opportunities
- Win Valuations
- Negotiate property sales and effectively manage through to completion
- Provide customer service
Person specification:-
- Preferred Sales Experience in a property market
- Target Driven
- Able to prove a track record in generating new business
- Friendly and positive
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Multitask and manage requirements
This is a full time permanent Sales Negotiaor position, The hours are a 5 day week with every other Saturday.
Monday to Friday is 8.30am-6pm
Saturday 9-4pm
Offering an annual salary of 23K-25K plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
