Job Title: Internal Sales – Thermal Imaging & Emissions

The Role &

Responsibilities:

As Internal Sales you will have a fantastic opportunity to enhance your sales skills and knowledge creating a pathway to career growth and professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-

person. o Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of

customer satisfaction.

o Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Sales Support o Assist external sales representatives with order processing, quotations,

and follow-ups.

o Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and invoices to clients.

o Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

• Lead Generation o Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through research

and outreach.

• Product Knowledge o Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and

services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Collaboration o Work closely and provide support to the Sales Order Processing team,

Marketing, and external Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.


The Company may require you from time to time to do any work within your capacity.


The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent

communication and organisational skills. They will have a proven track record in sales, a strong

understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer

relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-

paced environment.


Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer role, preferably within the same industry.

• CRM, SAP and Microsoft application experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to organise & manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
