Market Leading Manufacturer now recruiting. This Company remains recognised in the marketplace as the benchmark provider of quality vitamins, minerals and supplement products, services, and innovation. They’re looking to expand their sales team to a total of 6 individuals, where this individual will look to take advantage of an excellent career-opportunity to work with some key current customers, while targeted in developing these accounts for the business.

ROLE SUMMARY

To support business performance and create business advantage, they are seeking an ambitious innovative Account Manager to join their dedicated and inspirational Sales Team. This role is at the heart of their core organisational focus to support their customers by:

✓ Establish, Achieve & Exceed Key Performance Indicators for Customer Service.
✓ Collaborate to Identify, Understand & Enhance the Customer Journey.
A dedicated Account Manager is sought to manage and develop customer relationships. The role requires a focus on both customer retention and business development to drive sales growth. Serving as the primary point of contact between customers and support teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commercial outcomes. Adopting a consultative approach, your primary goal is to ensure the retention and growth of current accounts including key retail customers. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop nutraceutical product ranges, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records that allow us to proactively balance customer expectations and business requirements. 

CANDIDATE 

A degree is not necessary for this role, however you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a Sales environment. Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or retail industries is highly desirable. Experience of managing customers and accounts is also desirable. Face to face negotiation experience is also advantageous and you will ideally be ambitious, hungry and mouldable!

2 days hybrid working, private healthcare, death in service (After probation).

Contracted Hours: 40hrs per week (Monday-to-Friday: 0830-1700hrs).
