My client in the Stoke-on-Trent area is looking for a highly motivated and organised person to join their small team. In depth training about the products will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge to fulfil the role and excel with the customers.

Key responsibilities of this Sales Executive role:
  • Answering queries via phone, email and social media
  • Help to maximise sales traffic and brand awareness online
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding sales activity
  • Drive online sales by introducing new concepts

Skills required for this Sales Executive role:
  • Experience working with SAGE
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Proactive team player with a can do attitude
  • Be able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
