What Will You Be Doing?

As a Talent Partner, you'll thrive in a high-energy environment, driving our growth strategy by:

• Utilising cutting-edge tools like job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and our CRM and ATS database to attract top-tier candidates.
• Conducting engaging telephone pre-screenings and interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Enhancing our brand through strategic social media initiatives and compelling content creation.
• Delivering top-notch service, seamlessly integrating into client teams to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

What will you bring to the party?

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
• Strong customer service skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, and job boards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT proficiency with tools like Word, Outlook, Canva, and CRM systems.
• Ideally from a recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition background
