Bilingual Export Sales Manager
Salary: up to £65,000 per annum plus commission plus car allowance

The Company:
A well-established manufacturer and distributor with worldwide operations.

Main duties:
To develop the export sales strategy and manage a team of business development managers.

The Role:
- To develop sales strategy and qualify new leads in order to meet targets
- To manage a team of business development managers
- To plan the annual export budgets and adjust accordingly
- To monitor current market pricing and report feedback
- To develop new partnerships with distributors in order to grow new markets
- To analyse gaps in the market and suggest new products accordingly
- To provide guidance and training to the team where necessary

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in B2B Sales or Export Sales is essential
- Fluency in one or more: French, German or Italian (written and spoken) is beneficial
- Experience managing a small sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality with a “can do” attitude
- IT literate and confident with ERP and CRM systems
