Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to open up new markets and generate tangible leads for our Neurodiversity and Psychological Services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for mental health and neurodiversity, and a proven track record of market expansion and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Targeting: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for our neurodiversity and psychological services. Develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets, including corporate clients, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients. Utilise various methods including cold calling, networking, social media, email campaigns, and attending industry events to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our services. Highlight the benefits and ROI for potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process and beyond.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software. Track and manage all sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
  • Performance Metrics and Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve better results.
  • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Utilise sales and marketing tools to create compelling campaigns. Design and produce visual content including presentations, flyers, and social media graphics to support sales activities and campaigns. Ensure all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferred, but not essential; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or neurodiversity services. Proven experience in opening new markets and generating leads is essential.

Skills:

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proficient in using marketing and sales tools create effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
