Your expertise will be the backbone of delivering the bespoke, attentive service that the agency is celebrated for, looking after a Portfolio of around 220-230 Properties.

• Day to day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration
• Maintain relations with leaseholders and RTM Companies
• Risk Management – Ensure properties are compliant with H&S, Fire Regulations etc
• Strong communication, proficient in IT and property management software
• Able to work under pressure
