Sales Account Manager - 25k - 35k basic uncapped OTE - Clapham

To work for a growing company based in Clapham. We are looking for driven sales account managers who enjoy speaking to business customers over the phone. You will be responisble for chasing new business and looking after current clients.

Your target market will be estate agents, property managers, housing associations, public sector and indsutrial business.

  • The role requires someone who has proven experience in bring on new business customers
  • Ideally you will be used to speaking to desision makers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our products/services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports to management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
  • Track client base growth and report to management.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the team by undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business requirements.
