Account Manager – Remote – Up to £32,000 plus bonus

This is a fantastic, newly created opportunity within the business which will play a critical role in maintaining and developing existing relationships with customers nationwide. Through pre-existing warm accounts you’ll take responsibility in customer retention and renewals, upselling where possible and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the service provided.

- Reaching out to your allocated customer base to organise in-person review meetings
- Organising and attending multiple in person and online meetings per week
- Managing own workload and diary, ensuring to effectively prioritise meetings as necessary
- Expectation is to be out of the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Supporting across complaints as the escalation point for your customer base
- Working to develop knowledge and keeping up to date with the market, products and services
- Recording accurate reports of client feedback and communications in the CRM
- Ensuring any customer changes are updated within the CRM
- Identify at risk customers and prioritise visits as needed
- Coordinating across various departments to ensure service meets customer requirements
- Attending ongoing training on all company products and services
- Identifying sales leads where possible and passing on to the relevant Business Development Manager
- Proven experience within a similar Account Management role
- Education technology experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers at various levels
- Open to regular nationwide travel and overnight stays
