Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities to drive growth and maximize revenue
- Utilize your expertise in the Human Resources & Recruitment sector to identify and engage with potential clients.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships.
- Proven experience in business development within the Human Resources & Recruitment sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
- Track record of surpassing targets and driving business growth
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
