Our client is a reputable food production company base in Haverhill. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join there office base in Haverhill, Suffolk.
- looking after a small team of telesales reps
- Responsible for setting targets- weekly AND monthly
- Training new telesales staff
- Implementing sales strategies
- Monitoring performance of the sales team
- Once the lead from the telesales team has been generated you will be responsible for visiting the client and converting the business.
- Client visits will cover Home Counties and East Anglia
- Building on business relationships and order management
Salary is negotiable depending on previouse exsperience
