Business Development Executive

£30,000 - £35,000 basic with uncapped commission OTE £60k-£80k (uncapped)

Manchester City Centre

9am-5pm Monday to Friday no evenings or weekends and early finish Fridays as standard 35 hours a week!

We are partnering with a fantastic client, who is looking to grow their sales team further. The company has been going over a decade and the owner is passionate about doing things the right way, not only for clients but for colleagues and employees.

This Business Development Executive role is business to business sales, predominantly over the phone although it will involve some face to face work. This is a grown up sales environment with no micro- managing, or crazy KPIs, simply a company that is revenue focussed and wants to empower its staff to deliver an intelligent sales process to their clients.

As a Business Development Executive you will be working hard and smart to deliver end to end sales results with complete control over the sales process from lead source to close. The company offers a variety of products and services for their clients within specific industries- you will become an expert in your field and sell specifically to you assigned market.

You will NOT be working on a dialler system, this role is a relationship building sales role and often involves a multi-faceted, consultative sales process.

The Business Development Executive role is based in very smart offices in Manchester City Centre Monday to Friday, finishing early every Friday, offering a £30k-£35k basic, uncapped commission and hybrid working is available once you are fully trained up!  

Full training is provided and you will have access to a CRM with existing data in addition to your own leads
