Are you ready to step into your new Technical Sales Coordinator role with a dynamic business on the brink of significant transformation? You are someone who is proactive, able to collaborate closely with a forward-thinking leadership team, working together to streamline processes and spearhead progress.

Your Role: The Heartbeat of Sales Operations

As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you are essential to managing the sales operations:

• You'll be the first point of contact for incoming orders, handling customer inquiries swiftly and gathering all necessary information.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer drawings and specifications with thorough checks (comprehensive CAD training provided).
• Develop bespoke quotes by estimating orders, with step-by-step guidance on how they do things here,
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, keeping them informed at every stage.

What we need from You?:
A background in a technical based product, ideally in manufacturing or engineering which will enable you to learn how they do things and their product, then hit the ground running.

This sales coordinator role sits within a busy department where teamwork and mutual support are very much part of the culture here.

You'll gain an understanding of operations, thriving on the variety and challenges that come with a multifaceted position.

You will have the ability to go to site surveys from time to time, (but full training and support will be given).

Your background in customer interactions and rapport-building, coupled with your strong organisational and meticulous attention to detail, distinguish you in administrative tasks.

You are adept at fostering significant changes and understand the value of aligning closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to achieve unified objectives.

Working Hours & Remuneration

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
