£50,000 - £80,000/annum hybrid plus car allowance

Zest4Talent are recruiting an experienced Account Manager for a successful and growing telematics company specialising in integrated vehicle telematics primarily in the HGV and commercial vehicle space. A competitive salary of c£50k plus £20k  quarterly OTE based on team performance and a £7.5k car allowance or company car is on offer plus excellent benefits and a friendly team orientated work culture.

Hybrid opportunity - Work from home between client and head office visits

The successful candidate will posess

  • previous account management experience with demonstrable proof of success in retention and growth YOY
  • Experience working in Fleet Commercial Vehicle, Telematics, SaaS, Transport, Fleet Vehicle insurance or New Fleet Sales
  • The ability to build secure client relationships as well as manage a portfolio of clients in excess of £1m
  • A tenacious, positive and authentic disposition with a customer centric approach: you must always want to deliver on your promises to your customers
  • Strong organisational and IT skills including CRM and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

The Account Manager (Large Fleet – 500 vehicles or more) job responsibilities include:

  • Building a strong relationship with your existing client based ensuring you are meeting the company specific SLA’s
  • Looking to upsell additional products and services where appropriate and using a consultative approach.
  • Liaising with your client base via phone, email and face to face meetings conducive with the smooth running of their account and business needs
  • Attend Corporate events including exhibitions and conferences
  • Sales negotiation and product training during sales inception stage
  • Collaborate with your Sales Manager to agree targets and KPI’s and work towards them
  • Working closely with the other account managers to ensure you achieve your team target
