Role Overview:

As a Property Investment Consultant, you will broker the end-to-end research and buying experience between the client and the development investment opportunity. You will engage new and existing clients, supporting them exclusively as their expert in the property investment market, helping them to make the right purchasing decisions to build their property investment portfolio.

Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage new and existing investors and cultivate those contacts into clients
• Guide your clients’ throughout the end to end investment process
• Provide unbiased representation to clients
• Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Investment Sales Director where required
• Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation
• Actively work to promote The Prestbury Advisory within the region, national and international markets

Package:

• Competitive base salary with circa £124,000 OTE

• 1+ years experience within consultative sales role
• Resilient, self-motivated, driven and energetic
• Advanced appreciation and understanding of property, economics, finance, property, mathematics
• Professional and engaging manner
• Efficient, proactive and flexible in terms of workload
