Head of Alliances & Partner UK&I

- Managing of Partner & Alliances Team and to incorporate the Microsoft CSM & LSS & Partner Competencies/Accreditations function
- Onboarding of new Partners and build out an ISV strategy
- Exceed monthly and annual rebate targets, drive net new logo objectives for CSP and exceed billed revenue CSP target
- Encourage a culture of peer-to-peer engagement across TelefónicaTech UK &I sales team to Partners sellers and our end customers
- Develop and help execute channel strategy across UK & I
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to a team of Alliance Managers working closely with Partner Programs, Partner Marketing in a evolving environment
- Establish direct contacts with priority partners at a senior level
- Engage with Head of Product Management to understand the Service Roadmap and alignment to Partners both new and existing
- Support onboarding of any new Partners
- Drive disciplined cadence of partner business plans, pipeline reviews/monthly review and QBR’s with the Alliance and PD Managers for prioritized partners.
- Interview, hire, train, and performance manage team for Alliances & Partners
- Proactively seek out areas of improvement in Telefónica Tech UK & I Partner Sales efforts, map action plans to address, and enlist others as appropriate to achieve positive change
- Integration Plan – help to drive the UK&I integration plan to maximise on our Partner relationships and incorporate acquisitions as part of plan
